1½ tablespoon of oatmeal (need to be prepared ahead of time)
160g of raspberries
50ml of natural plain yogurt
1-2 teaspoon honey
1300ml boiling water

Place oatmeal into a large bowl, pour water and leave for 10 minutes
Add soaked oatmeal into blender together with rest of the ingredients
Blend until smooth
