3 fresh tomatoes
1 fresh orange
Crushed ice
1 fresh green or red chili
260g of carrots

Preparation steps for Tomato Energy smoothie recipe:-

Squeeze fresh orange into juice
Cut tomatoes into quarters
Cut chili into half and remove seeds and white pith before chopping into quarters
Peel carrot and chop into pieces
Mix all vegetables into blender follow with the freshly squeezed orange juice
Stir well and mix
Add crushed ice into glass, pour juice over and serve
