1 scoop of soy powder
½ tablespoon of flaxseed oil
1 small cup of frozen blueberries
1 large banana
1 tablespoon of honey
1 teaspoon of psyillium husk
1 small cup of water
1 small cup of ice cubes

Cut banana into chunks and place into blender
Add frozen blueberries and honey together into blender
Blend for 10 seconds then add in psyillium husk, water, ice cubes flaxseed oil & soy powder
