1 large avocado
1 large cucumber
1/2 red pepper
60g goat cheese
6 mint leaves
1 lime

Preparation steps for Cucumber Avocado Smoothie Recipe:-

Peel and pit avocado
Peel cucumber and chop into chunks
Cut red pepper into half and remove seed
Cut lime into half and extract juice from lime
Place avocado, cucumber and half of red pepper into blender
Add goat cheese, mint leaves and lime juice as well
Blend until smooth
Serve chill
