1 small honey dew
1 large banana
6 pitted dates
3 tablespoon of flax seed
1 cup of crushed ice

Cut honey dew into half and remove seed
Extract honey dew flesh from honeydew skin and chop into chunks
Peel banana and chop into chunks
Place honey dew, banana, pitted dates and flaxseed into blender
