Ingredients for Ice Lolly Apple Currant Smoothie Recipe:-

1 large banana
1 red apple
310ml of apple juice
2 green kiwi fruits
160g blackcurrants and red grapes
2 teaspoon caster sugar
100g raspberries

Preparation steps for Ice Lolly Apple Currant Smoothie Recipe:-

Peel apple, remove core and roughly chop apple into chunks
Place chunks of apples into blender and add 100ml of apple juice
Blend until puree is smooth then pour puree into one third of sections of ice cube tray
Peel kiwi skin and roughly chop kiwi into chunks
Place chunks of kiwi into blender and add 100ml of apple juice
Blend until puree is smooth then pour puree into the 2nd one third of sections of ice cube tray
Place raspberries, sugar and remaining 100ml of apple juice into blender
Blend until puree is smooth and pour into the remaining emptu sections of ice cube tray
Place ice cube tray in freezer and freeze for 30 minutes then push wooden popsicle stick into each section and freeze until solid
Place blackcurrants, grapes and banana into blender and blend until smooth
Pour puree into glasses and remove ice lollies from tray and place on plates
Serve ice lollies immediately
