½ cup of crushed ice
1 – 2 tablespoon honey
1 medium sized mango
Finely grated lime rind
1 freshly squeezed lime juice
300ml soya milk

Preparation steps for Milkshake Mango smoothie recipe:-

Peel mango and cut flesh to remove the pit
Add all freshly cut mangoes into blender together with all the other ingredients
Blend until smooth
Pour smoothie into the cup of crushed ice
Serve immediately
