1 small pineapple
5 ripe plantains
2 large orange
4 tablespoon flaxseed
1 cup of crushed ice

Peel skin from pineapple and remove brown tufts
Chop pineapple into chunks
Peel skin of plantains and chop into chunks
Remove orange skin and section them into chunks
Place pineapple, plantains and oranges into blender
Add flaxseed and crushed ice
Blend until smooth
