1/2 mango
1 banana
1 large orange (freshly squeezed)
3 table spoon wheat bran
2 table spoon sesame seeds
3-4 table spoon honey

Skin and slice flesh off mango stone
Peel banana and chop it into chunks
Place both mango and banana into blender
Add orange juice along with wheat bran, sesame seeds and honey
Blend until mix is smooth and creamy
